Brief Description:
As a new member of a small team, you will receive full product training and play a key role in the success of this growing Internet venture. You will be friendly and confident on the telephone, with a positive and optimistic demeanour, and have previous telesales experience. A good eye for detail and a tidy working manner are required to maintain and populate the client details on the web site.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and complete new sales
· Meet and exceed minimum monthly sales target
· Develop and maintain good client relationships
· Maintain accurate client records and document client communication
· Liaise with technical staff to ensure completion of sale to clients' satisfaction
· Report to Sales Manager to discuss sales progress |
